BCG Direct Ltd is a leading independent office products dealer based in the beautiful countryside of Hebden Bridge, on our Top Land business park. Supplying local and UK businesses with office stationery, paper, printer ink and toners, office furniture and seating, plus catering and cleaning products. From their Hebden Bridge base they support customers across Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, Newcastle, York and Bradford, with an account-managed service and easy ordering. Westlander

Westlander Limited are tenants at Thornber’s Topland Country Business Park in Cragg Vale, Mytholmroyd. They are a specialist importer and distributor of shooting supplies, supplying the UK trade through a network of dealers. Product lines include reloading components such as bullet heads, cases and primers from Sellier & Bellot, powders including Lovex, and a range of gun safes. Westlander also represents Aguila Ammunition in the UK. Their base at Unit 2B provides convenient access for distribution across the Calder Valley and beyond, and we support their operations with a well-connected location, parking, and responsive site services.

Friendly Conditioner

Friendly Conditioner, the sister brand to Friendly Soap, are tenants at Thornber in Mytholmroyd. They make plastic-free conditioner bars and solid haircare using plant-based ingredients that are vegan and cruelty-free, with formulas aimed at smooth, frizz-free results. With a focus on low-waste packaging and palm-oil-free recipes, they supply customers across Hebden Bridge and the wider Calder Valley through local stockists and online orders. We support Friendly Conditioner with a well-connected base, parking and goods access, so their team can produce, pack and dispatch efficiently while continuing to serve the community.

Vizbox Enclosures are tenants at Thornber in Mytholmroyd, building weatherproof projector enclosures that protect projectors and sensitive AV components in tough locations—outdoors, underground, or in harsh indoor settings such as swimming pools, spa areas and ice bars. Their units offer climate control, heating and cooling, managed airflow and filtration, security locks and anti-theft fixings, with options for IP-rated, anti-corrosion and salt-air protection. We provide a practical base with parking and goods access so the team can assemble, test and dispatch to AV installers, venues and events across the UK.

Friendly Soap

Friendly Soap produce hand-sized pieces of natural luxury, packed full of goodness. Beautifully gentle soaps, all with a velvety smooth lather and an array of delicious natural aromas. Every bar of Friendly Soap is poured, cut, stamped and packed by hand, here in the UK. Every soap is 100% cruelty free and vegan.

Hebtroco

HebTroCo are tenants at our Topland Country Business Park in Cragg Vale. A northern, independent menswear brand, they make British-made jeans, trousers, jackets, shirts, boots, belts and accessories, working with UK mills and makers. Born in the pub in 2015 and launched via Kickstarter in 2016, they now run an online-only operation from their Topland base. We provide a practical, well-connected location with parking and goods access so the team can focus on production, stock management and dispatch for customers across Hebden Bridge and internationally.
