BCG Direct Ltd is a leading independent office products dealer based in the beautiful countryside of Hebden Bridge, on our Top Land business park. Supplying local and UK businesses with office stationery, paper, printer ink and toners, office furniture and seating, plus catering and cleaning products. From their Hebden Bridge base they support customers across Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, Newcastle, York and Bradford, with an account-managed service and easy ordering. We provide a well-connected base with parking and responsive on-site support so their team can focus on keeping workplaces stocked and running smoothly.

Westlander

Westlander Limited are tenants at Thornber’s Topland Country Business Park in Cragg Vale, Mytholmroyd. They are a specialist importer and distributor of shooting supplies, supplying the UK trade through a network of dealers. Product lines include reloading components such as bullet heads, cases and primers from Sellier & Bellot, powders including Lovex, and a range of gun safes. Westlander also represents Aguila Ammunition in the UK. Their base at Unit 2B provides convenient access for distribution across the Calder Valley and beyond, and we support their operations with a well-connected location, parking, and responsive site services.

Friendly Conditioner

Friendly Conditioner, the sister brand to Friendly Soap, are tenants at Thornber in Mytholmroyd. They make plastic-free conditioner bars and solid haircare using plant-based ingredients that are vegan and cruelty-free, with formulas aimed at smooth, frizz-free results. With a focus on low-waste packaging and palm-oil-free recipes, they supply customers across Hebden Bridge and the wider Calder Valley through local stockists and online orders. We support Friendly Conditioner with a well-connected base, parking and goods access, so their team can produce, pack and dispatch efficiently while continuing to serve the community.

Meisner Bolte

Topland is home to the UK office of a German boutique intellectual property practice. They cover the full spread of IP protection—patent, trade mark, design and confidential know-how—along with portfolio management, freedom-to-operate reviews and litigation support. Addison Holdings Ltd are based at Unit 4G, Topland Country Business Park in Cragg Vale, Mytholmroyd, Hebden Bridge. Vizbox

Vizbox Enclosures are tenants at Thornber in Mytholmroyd, building weatherproof projector enclosures that protect projectors and sensitive AV components in tough locations—outdoors, underground, or in harsh indoor settings such as swimming pools, spa areas and ice bars. Their units offer climate control, heating and cooling, managed airflow and filtration, security locks and anti-theft fixings, with options for IP-rated, anti-corrosion and salt-air protection. We provide a practical base with parking and goods access so the team can assemble, test and dispatch to AV installers, venues and events across the UK.

Friendly Soap

Friendly Soap are one of Thornber’s long-standing tenants and a business we are proud to have as part of our tenant community. Based in Yorkshire, they produce natural, handcrafted soaps, haircare and household products using plant-based ingredients, essential oils and natural botanicals, with a strong focus on sustainability and reducing waste. Their products are vegan, cruelty-free and palm-oil-free, with plastic-free packaging used across the range. It has been great to see Friendly Soap grow over the years while staying true to its environmental values and Yorkshire roots.

Hebtroco

HebTroCo are tenants at our Topland Country Business Park in Cragg Vale. A northern, independent menswear brand, they make British-made jeans, trousers, jackets, shirts, boots, belts and accessories, working with UK mills and makers. Born in the pub in 2015 and launched via Kickstarter in 2016, they now run an online-only operation from their Topland base. We provide a practical, well-connected location with parking and goods access so the team can focus on production, stock management and dispatch for customers across Hebden Bridge and internationally.

Greenwood Upholstery

Greenwood Upholstery is a family-run business based at Topland Country Business Park in Cragg Vale, specialising in restoring, repairing and reupholstering furniture for homes and businesses. With more than 30 years of experience at the bench, Shaun Greenwood brings traditional and modern upholstery skills to everything from much-loved chairs and sofas to commercial seating and caravan interiors. The business has grown beyond its original upholstery services. Alongside greenwoodupholstery.com, Shaun has created learntoupholster.com, a free in-depth upholstery reference with guides, projects and practical tools, while bodella.co.uk is the fabric side of the business, supplying upholstery fabrics by the metre that have been selected and tested through real workshop experience. It is great to see a Thornber tenant continuing to develop new sides to the business from its Calder Valley base.

Hebden Bridge Band

Hebden Bridge Band is a 1st Section brass band based in Calderdale, with a strong reputation for high-quality, entertaining performances across the region. Their concerts cover a wide mix of musical styles and regularly showcase talented soloists from within the band. With a long-standing presence in the local community, the band continues to play an important part in Calderdale’s musical scene, performing at concerts, competitions and community events throughout the year. The Bakehouse/Calder Community Kitchen Ltd, is a worker co-operative bakery based at Topland. Established in 2013, The Bakehouse grew from a shared passion for traditional bread-making, supporting the local food economy and producing great-tasting Real Bread for communities across the Calder Valley. The team handmake their bread without artificial additives or enzymes, continuing a more traditional approach to baking from their base here at Topland. We’re pleased to have The Bakehouse as part of the Thornber tenant community and to provide a home for a local co-operative with such strong roots in the Calder Valley.

Cargo 2 Go

Cargo2Go is a nationwide transport and courier business providing fast, dedicated delivery services for businesses of all sizes. Sand In Your Eye 

Sand In Your Eye is a creative art company based at Topland Country Business Park in Cragg Vale, producing large-scale artwork, installations and events using materials including sand, ice, pumpkins and the natural landscape. Founded by artist Jamie Wardley, the West Yorkshire team now works on projects across the UK, creating everything from sand sculptures and beach drawings to land art, ice sculptures, workshops and public events. Sustainability is central to the way the business works, with the team using art to support environmental messages, public campaigns and community engagement.

Ziko Drive Topland

The Design team at Zikodrive have recently moved into new premises marking a new and exciting time of development for the department at the start of 2026! With the team growing, and more lab space needed for designing and testing as demand for custom motor controllers grows, it was time to find more space and better facilities to keep up with the demands of this area of the business. Working in partnership with Thornber on the Topland Country Business Park, they were able to source what they needed in close proximity to their other unit, to bring minimal disruption to current projects.
