This refurbished dye works is situated in a picturesque wooded setting close to the Elphin Brook, just out of the centre of Mytholmroyd village on the B6138, Cragg Road.

 

It comprises of three single storey buildings and a three storey office block, a total of approximately 30,000 sq ft. of industrial accommodation.
